This study was done with wheat... but I do not think it is limited to this one plant and could be extrapolated.

I also think that this is the NPN in poor quality fruits and vegetables (almost anything commercially grown, organic or not) that moreless has been speaking about for a long time. Not having the available mineral with which to bind properly the protein becomes a variation of the one our bodies are familiar with and causes problems in the form of disease.
