"The China Study" certainly is interesting and thought-provoking reading. I enjoyed it.

After you finish reading it, you may be interested in reading the following article for a somewhat different perspective and partial review of the book. It, too, is interesting reading:

The association between soil mineral deficiency and the qualities of the food grown is an interesting one. Sulfer seems to be particularly important. I do love onions...
