He He!! You all are so nice - and the humor here is decidely wry, dry, tongue-in-cheek, and sometimes "whacked"....but all kidding aside, the knowledge base is awesome and I found enough information to feel confident. I also am using apple cider vinegar and I did find some good info on that, too. Hopefully, my slow journey into old age(!) can be a good, healthy experience.
