the whole post was designed to ilicit questions/clarification. the two sentences were actually stand alone statements.

if you have amalgams, DONT have amalgams.

i made a lot of gains with my Amalgams still in. i could have compressed four years of gain into one and gone much farther in that one year than in four with them out. my preference for the original poster - do both.
