You are beyond help if you fail to see the point. This is why this Conspiracy theory nonsense sell best among the less well-educated. If a doctor is routinely ordering expensive tests and the most expensive drugs the insurance companies will let them and their employer know. Because insurance companies want to increase their profitability just as much as the pharmaceutical companies they punish doctors who are wasting money. The system works.
