The insurance companies and the government pay most of the bills. They would like very much to improve their bottom line by reducing the amount of money that sick people are costing them. They have just as much influence as the pharmaceutical companies as to what the doctor prescribes. Work on that and we'll move to chapter two tomorrow. Tweet
