The letter is from Mariana. I also added my address and some demographics that were too personal to post to the net. My signature will be added too. Okay, I’ll add the company name to the introduction and take my address off.


"To whom it may concern' is a formal greeting, and may be entirely appropriate for your purposes...but it means that the rest of the letter is 'business-like' and not chatty."

Is my letter too chatty? If so, that’s not good!

That’s what I tried to do. You can see that each paragraph starts out with each of the main points mentioned in the intro. I will try to regroup them and then edit some of the redundant points. I see now that I have mentioned a few points more than once.
