I truly appreciate ALL the info you so quickly gave me.

I will most definitely order the powder fro Jarrow - I use some Jarrow products - a friend of mine who is in the business in florida and knows so much through research also, told me that Jarrow was a very good product line.

Now, I have to find a really good quality glucosamine, condroitin, and, AND, L-TRYPTOPHAN which I need desperately for depression.
