Re: help - my 18 years old son severe eczema

Hello CORINNA,

I am new at this Forum and I would like to help him as much as I can.

The first thing is that people have a tendency to use very strong products on their skin and even it may not appear to be strong, the ingredients are not marked on the products and just because it smell good, it does not mean that it is good for you. This is why most people get eczema / psoriasis.

The second thing, is what people eat and / or drink such as: beef, pork, catchup, relish, mustard, vinegar, juice ( with many acids ), fruits have a lot of acids but you should decrease the amount, some deserts, etc. Food to eat are chicken, fish. Drinks to drink should be check to contain only one acid. Fruits to eat are pears, peaches, cantaloupe, some bananas, red apples, ( watch for ripe fruits as they contain too many / much acids ).

It is going to be a big task for him but once he know what to look for, it will be easy to choose the right products for himself.

The thing I would suggest, is to start using the following products for your son:

1. All Natural Laundry Soap ( for her own clothes and beddings ) powder soaps are bad for you;
2. All Natural Bath and / or shower soap ( to wash away those body acids );
3. All Natural body cream ( to neutralize any body acids );
4. If she has it in her hair, use a all natural hair shampoo & conditioner.

If you follow the above mention suggestion, he will find a big difference with his skin.

This not the first time that I help people with either eczema and / or psoriasis. He can check my profile to know more about me.

Good Luck
