Re: what about sea salt?

My very educated, but not very delicate Naturopath calls products from ancient sea beds like Bentonite clay and mined Sea Salt fossilized fish crap. I wonder if the minerals in these products are more organic in nature and composition than a product that is highly refined like pickling lime. I don't know, I'm just throwing the idea out there. All I know is that in my own experience, a teaspoon of Sea Salt sole every morning makes me feel good. The diluted lime water made me very sick in a large quantity and a single tablespoon did nothing at all. For me, a green drink powder is the best way to get minerals, sole is a good back up. When I tried the moreless drink after weeks on the green drink, I became more acidic, I gave it up in favor of the drink I knew would work for my needs. When I tried the pain relief drink mentioned I got very sick, it threw my body completely out of balance.

For those who get results from lime water-more power to them. But, just because some of us get poor results, or take the responsibility to do research and make decisions for our selves does not mean we lack common sense, or diseased, or even acidic; it simply means we think for ourselves and made the decision to try an alternative. Healing and maintaining good health needs to be a cooperative and supportive effort, not some silly ego-driven program to see who is the most persuasive person around.
