Do you think the difference this time round, in your case has been leaky gut? Maybe it wasnt systemic first time round?

There is no doubt that diet alone can induce die off. The addition of anti fungals in my first few weeks would have rendered me useless. I use them now with the P&B shakes, because the time has come when I need their help.

I also believe that candida adapts, even to a strict candida diet. In fact Im wondering if the home made yogurt (yes, 24hrs in the making), and the pumpkin and seseme seeds seeds are sustaining what candida is left, but there comes a time when you feel you cannot reduce your food selection down any further. BUt I might have to, just for a short while.

Have you checked the parasite gallery for the flat things you are passing? You might learn something about it there.
