Re: How long until die off / withdrawal sets in?

Just thought I should tell you that I experienced a hell of a lot of die off with diet alone in the beginning. I couldn't function combining the diet with antifungals, so had to remove the latter. I went through weeks of die off symptoms and passed near black BMs loaded with candida threads (great big ones) for weeks.

It was only later, having reached a healing plateau, that I could reintroduce anti fungals, as i have recently, in an attempt to complete my treatment.

I think it depends on the extremity of the candidiasis, whether it is systemic, and how long its been there, in my case over forty years.
