Hi Jhan
You mentioned that during the PB and C shakes, you should see threads. I have been doing the shakes faithfully for 3 months, but I have not seen any threads. I do see, however, small white things floating in the toilet almost every time I go to the bathroom. What does that mean? Will I see threads some day?
