I noticed that there is a HEMP protein shake. I saw a chocolate one, and a berry one. The berry one was just ground hemp seeds and dried berry powder and stevia, I think. You might want to add that in.
Do you eat a lot of green vegetables? Green juices? Things like romaine and broccoli have a lot of protein, per calorie (low calorie, though, so it takes a lot).
Are you vegetarian or vegan? If you're not vegan then you could eat eggs.
And if you are going to stop being a vegetarian but don't want to eat meat, you could eat those wild-caught sardines. Crown Prince has some from Norway that are MMMmmmm delicious. Beneficial fatty acids and protein.
You might want to consider taking a protese supplement with your meals, too - to make sure you are digesting any and all protein you eat.
