Standard medical view speaks of 4 to 5 hours for a "mixed meal" (for example a cheeseburger) to leave the stomach. Just one example (but you can find many...):

Example of an "alternative" view (Dr. Stanley Bass), see +/- halfway down the page, "Digestion time of various foods", where he speaks of times of 1 1/2 hour for chicken upto 5 hours for pork:

As he says, this is when the meat is not eaten together with another food that would make the combination harder to digest, such as starches. Supporters of the food combination theory argue that when meat is eaten in such a wrongful combination, that it can stay in the stomach for upto 8 hours.
