Funny you should talk about Property, right now and....blank slate...garden of Eden because.....I have been wanting property for soooo long (forever) and now I feel poised to do it. I've always liked the idea of a blank slate so I can design the whole damn thing...where every tree goes for shade...etc etc...but, YES, as you said: lots of work! (and I think I'm a litttttttle lazy when it comes right down to it..hmmmm) So...I just think it's interesting that you brought all that up. Do I reeeeally want land? (YES! haha)
