As you said very cool, visual dream. In fact I noticed there was no vocal exchange in it at all!
Even though you were with family and friends.
No "Oh look at the birds! What are they doing?" etc..
Also no judgements were made (by the people at least)
My thoughts are that you watch family and friends in a similar manner.
Seeing how they raise their children.
Perhaps feeling that your observations aren't always appreciated?

Why Puffins? I don't know. I smoke, so my immediate reaction is... grab a cig and puff in!
