PS - I also wanted to say, WOW! and congrats to you for never cheating! I "almost" never do, but I am not perfect about it (ice cream once every couple months, a square of dark chocolat once in a while). Another thing I wanted to say is thank you for emphasizing minerals, especially magnesium. I followed your lead on that and it has been tres helpful!
