Also, I what kind of a probiotic do you take and how much? With that kind of hardcore flushing I'd imagine a LOT of probiotics would help..EM is highly recommended as it is probably the most potent around and also one of the cheapest, though shipping to Canada is annoying as it costs more than the 1 litre bottle of EM ha..what can you do
