I do believe in the coffee enema. I have not done one because I have never in my life drank any coffee and I do not know what my reaction would be. Also, caffeine would send me reeling with my anxiety issues. So , it concerns me.

But I have entertained the idea. I know what its benefits are. At some point I will try it.
