Re: Some Ideas

Hi Lapis,

Thanks for all the great info! I'm going to look up biological terrain later today.

As far as my diet, I've been eating mostly organic and raw foods for a few months now (I've had MCS for a year). It's definitely helping. I've cut out sugar, dairy, soy, chocolate, as well as many other things to which my dr. said I react.

Fortunately, my house is very clean. We've had an IQ Air purifier running for about 10 months now and it seems to work well. We have hardwood floors and no clutter. We use all-natural and plant-based cleaning products and have switched to all-natural personal care products as well. I also work in a newer building but have my own office to which I keep the door closed, have special filters for the a/c so that I'm not breating in perfume, etc throughout the day, have an IQ Air Multigas Unit in my office and keep the door to the balcony open while I'm there so that I'm breathing in fresh air (as fresh as possible considering it's LA air). I take epsom salt baths almost every night but don't have a filter to remove the chlorine - that will come later. I'm definitely keeping down my toxic load as much as possible and I know that helps. I was at sitting at home for 8 months on disability because of my MCS and recently returned to work (about 1 1/2 months ago). I feel like I'm getting stronger just by the mere fact that I'm able to work again (although my personal work space is highly controlled for toxins), but I still feel just as sensitive to toxins as I always was. I'm going to try the alkalinzing drink you suggested and will begin taking kelp powder. The infrared sauna has been recommended to me by doctor but I haven't tried it yet. It's nice to know there are other things that can help.

Any more advice? I appreciate all that I can gather.

Thanks!
