Do as much reading as you can on "biological terrain"
The key is to reduce your total load while you center on eliminating congestion in all organs and cellular fluid, eat (blending and juicing) pristine raw vegan living foods high in natural minerals (organic minimally), and eliminate all toxins.
Do you have a safe room? Your bedroom should have fresh air with no chemical/mold contamination. No carpets, no clutter, etc.
Try the following.
Alkalinizing drink:
1 tbs raw organic black strap molasses (unsulphered)
1 organic lemon
1 teaspoon sole (made from pink himalayan salt)
few pinches of organic cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon wateroz calcium (angstrom)
1 teaspoon wateroz magnesium (angstrom)
and in your case 1 teaspoon wateroz zinc (angstrom)
Also eat some high quality kelp powder on the side.
Also take many detox baths (using a kdf filter to remove chlorine)
Detox bath is quarter cup of food grad 35% h202 in full bath (add just before bathing)
2 cups of epsom salt
Work your way up in length over time to 30 minutes.
Also look into using a far infrared sauna.
Work towards doing a proper liver flush. Start with Julia Changs herbal prep and then go into Andreas Moritz's flush.
Think of your body as a stream that is currently clogged. You need to get the stream flowing again so your body functions together as one cohesive unit. The toxicity will not longer be trapped and nutrition will be properly utilized.
Keep it fresh and natural.
