Re: Sorry, don't mean to butt in on your conversation
WOW! WOW!....thanks on the info on the hypogam as I have never heard that before but it makes perfect sense! I have suspected it is due to my digestive tract being hung up and me not being able to eat properly!!! This is wonderful to know I was on the right track with my train of thought. I am working on dissovling the scar tissue so that my intestinal tract can work more efficiently. I am taking a high dose of systemic enzymes and doing abdominal massage therapy along with a strict diet that focuses on nutrition. Actually that has been my diet for about five years but normally I could only eat every few days or once a day for about five days and then off and so yes, that did cause nutrition deficiency but if I can get my intestinal tract to move daily I can then take in more nutrition.
In fact the intestinal tract has moved successfully all week and for me that is a mini miracle, I'm thinking it must be the systemic enzymes.
Other than this I am perfectly healthy and when my body starts to feel ill I just don't eat and I feel much better, however, the oils are doing a miracle in my body in that I'm able to maintain weight and energy, the protein from the yogurt and cottage cheese are easy on my digestive tract. I can't do clays or psyllium just yet, have tried in the past many attempts but my digestive tract shuts down on me. The healthier it becomes the more I can do to keep it squeaky running top notch. LOL
THANK YOU!!!! = )
