Re: Severe, chronic, cystic acne

I eat a very healthy diet, mostly all organic and vegetarian. Plenty of legumes and grains to keep the colon clean. And plenty of greens, raw and cooked veggies. For sweeteners, I use maple syrup or fruit. I eat a sprouted, whole grain bread. I consume olive oil and grapseed oil and sometimes eat stir-fried foods, not deep fried. I don't use margerine.
I've done one liver flush. It was really very horribly salty and I felt my body go into an instant dehydration mode only 10 minutes after taking the epsome salts. I do think it would be good for me to do more, but I can't take all that salt. I felt like I was going to vomit with all of the salt in me. I'm researching other protocals with less salt. It just felt wrong.
For cleanses, I don't remember the name of the one I did---it was supposed to be one of the better ones on the market. It was a parasite cleanse, and I've also done psyllium husk and clay colon cleanses.
I've made a tincture that is supposed to tackle Acne from any number of sources, and have taken it everyday over the course of months, with no luck.
It has milk thistle seed, yellow dock, burdock, echinacea, sarsparilla root, oredon grape root and red clover in it.

Any advice or insight is welcomed.
