There is more then one way to flush your liver . Epsom Salt is not always a must. Just eliminate it from the recipe.

Tomorrow, the first thing in the morning, squeeze juice from one lemon or one grapefruit or some other fruit if you don't like citrus. Blend it with 1 TBSP of olive oil, and drink it.
The next day, you can take 2 TBSP of olive oil (first thing in the morning.)

Keep increasing until you reach at least 7 or 8 TBSP of olive oil. You don't have to increase for 1 TBSP day after day. If you took 5TBSP yesterday, you can take 4 today, and 7 tomorrow, if that is the way you feel. Just take it.

It takes a bit more discipline then the single night flush, cause it asks for doing it every day for many days ... but it sure tastes and feels much better then Epsom salt.

If olive oil is not good for you, try some other oil. It is good to have some variations from time to time, when doing it day after day. Try walnut oil. Or Hazelnut oil. Almond oil. Flax oil. Corn oil. Coconut? Peanut? Sunflower? Hemp? ...

Try to do it for at least 2 - 3 weeks, and then take a break for a 3 - 7 days and then do it again. And again. And again. Your skin may not like it the first days, it may even get worse ... ... but it be better later. Think long term benefits, not a single day. Try different oils. Not all oils are good for all people.

When to stop? How much oil is too much?

Your stomach will tell you. All you need to know is that you should start with 1 TBSP. You can as well stop on 20 TBSP, if you can take it. Your stomach will tell you when it is too much. Some burping and smaller cramps are normal. Just try to masage your stomach until gas is out.

You can also squeeze a few drops of fresh ginger juice, it will reduce nausea.
The rest of the day, just eat whatever it feels OK. You may not need much breakfast after 10 TBSP of oil and a cup of juice.

About your diet: Don't eat anything that gives you gas.
Don't eat anything that constipates you.

Check your blood type and try how it feels to follow Blood Type Diet for at least one month.
