I don't believe the book is in hard copy but after you buy and download the pdf file it allows you to print the book one time. I printed it and bought a binder to put it in. I carry the binder with me when needed but mostly keep it at home since I don't have a computer or internet at the house anymore. If I need it at work I just open up the pdf file and read whatever I need. The very good thing about it being downloadable is that you pay for it and get it immediately. You don't have to wait a week for it to come in the mail.

As far as the MSM, yes I have heard about it's uses for Acne and I do take it every day. It is one of the vitamin/supplements listed in the book. The book will give you a list of all the vitamin/supplements you should be taking and it will also explain to you how much you should take a day and why it is good for your body and good for your skin. That was one thing I implemented immediately and after a few weeks I could tell a difference in my acne. I was still breaking out but the pimples were not as severe as they had been and they were healing a lot faster and were less inflammed. I was also getting less.

You will need to find a good whole foods store in your area so you can buy the all-natural products you will read about in the book. We have a grocery store called the whole foods market here in my town and I believe it is a chain. The website is http://www.wholefoods.org - maybe there is one in your area. It has been a Godsent for me and has most anything that I need, from vitamins/supplements, food and the natural products I used to clean my skin and body. I use everything natural now from face cleaning, shampoo and body soap. One of the most difficult things is to limit the toxins you absorb everyday but it is definitely do-able.
