Have you discussed this problem with your alternative practicioner? Many experts feel it is good to do a colon/ parasite cleanse before doing a liver flush... there are parasites that need to die before they can be expelled.

It's hard to give an opinion without knowing all of the facts... but I would say since you are working with an expert, follow directions and discuss your thoughts. Or change practioners...

Something that helps loose stools is rice water.

From Prescription for Nutriental Healing, By Phyliss Balch CNC and James F. Balch MD:

"Boil 1/2 cup of brown rice in 3 cups of water for forty-five minuntes. Strain out the rice and drink the water. Eat the rice as well. Rice helps to form stools and supplies the needed B vitamins."

By the way this is an essential book to read and it's costs only around $20.00. It's a favorite of many of the experts and will give you a good basic book for health and many suggestions on how to deal with most health problems.
