Oh Telman, I am dying today. I don't know what is wrong - my stomach and abdomen has been blown up like a balloon all day and the cramps and bloating is killing me. Also, I am sweating like crazy - my head is hot and I am sweating all day long.

I only ate one poached egg this morning with an organic english muffin from Whole Foods. I cannot reach my alternative doc because she is away until the 2nd.

My god, I don't know what to do - as for the loose, liquidy, odd (small amount) of stool, it has been only since I have been doing the olive oil and lemon juice in the morning.

Could I be having some kind of die off or symptom from the liver with this protocol.

God, I am going to die if something doesn't stop this...........
