You cannot imagine how I enjoy reading your posts to me - it is like giving me a shot of adrenaline on several levels, i.e. motivation, hope, KNOWLEDGE....

You're just great - although I cannot do juicing right now because all my belongings are stored in a warehouse until I move, and, they include at least three juicers (from Champion to Omega) I just will not buy yet another juicer - I must wait till I move and then open all my 84 boxes with my life in them.

The ionizers that you were talking about that left that wonderful fresh, spring air smell were ""ozone"" emitting = I remember because everyone had one. Now, they say they are no good for you.

The ionizers I have had from Sharper Image did not leave any such fresh air smell in my experience but because I have a credit there I will have to buy one there again.

Today, Lapis, I hope to go through this apartment like a tornado, cleaning, washing, spraying (diluted H202), etc.

By the way, do you take H202 drop by drop as indicated for internal use? I might have to try that.

And, OK, your correct - no humidifier - you're right - moisture is the last thing you want - it develops mold..........!!!!!!!!!! ugh

Will keeep you informed of my progress and when I finally start the Liver Flush - I must go to Whole Foods and get some bottles of organic apple juice,,,\\
