Please do not buy a humidifier. They are brutal for growing mold and bacteria. These things have caused so many needless health problems. Instead invest in a decent (no chemcial) filtration unit. They range in price depending on quality. The best ones are made for chemically sensitive people and have a carbon bed(cocunt carbon), hepa filter (non toxic glues) and a uv filter. They are over 500 bucks but a good investment for air quality. Another idea is to have an ionizer.
Please not that air filters are secondary to environmental cleanips within the home.
Another great investment is a vacuum that vents outside. These will not recirculate harmful dust that regular vacuums do (even the marketed cheap hepa vacs).
Keep the filter far from where you sleep in the room because (due to the fan) they do give off emf. This emf dissapates the further you are away from it. Also make sure any clocks or electrical appliances are nowhere near your head or body as you sleep.
Bleach is a terribley toxic thing to use. There is much evidence that chlorine damages our vascular system which leads to problems (sacrring leading to plaque buildup). Instead use 35% hydrogen peroxid for disinfecting cloths. If you make your own
Colloidal Silver , you can also add that to the rinse. The silver residue stays in the cloths inhibiting mold or bacterial growth.
If the reason you can't keep your window open at night is due to security there are ways around that. You can cut a stick the right length as to allow the window to open an
inch or two but no further.
An option to enemas is to have a
colonic administerd.
colonics are much more effective anyway.
