Re: I need advice. please.

Ok, I probably should just wait until Monday and contact the lady I'm working with, but I thought I would check with everyone here to see what you think. I got my application for permanent housing. It's kind of like an apartment applicatioin. I'm not sure of how I should respond to some of the questions due to my situation.

The one I'm most unsure about is: Do you own any real estate, including primary residence, farm, vacation home, vacant land, rental property, or other investments?

Now, my soon to be ex bought and paid for the home, and I foolishly signed the leased back when we purchased the home. Shortly thereafter he refinaced the home, soley to buy his mother a home. So him and his mother worked out an agreement where she pays him the amount for the mortage each month and he sends it in to the mortage company.

So my question is, how should I reply to this question. I probably just should wait until monday when I speak to the lady at the YWCA, I just don't won't to jepordize my chance of getting this place. So hopefully they will understand or this won't hinder me from getting into the place. Since it is based on income.
