He has beaten her up once before... then this incident. It is true that it has gotten worse.

It is also true about the state prosecuting regardless. He, so far, has been charged with Assult and Battery. thats all. At least that is all i know of so far. I think she definatly needs some psycological help. I will make sure that she gets it.

After reading your posts, it kind of scared me. I never thought this guy would be capable of this, and certainly not killing her. But now that i think about it, she almost died this time. I will talk to her family and get a game plan together to get her on board with it. We are talking about moving her out of state and in with her sister. That might be the best place for her. I dont know how long he will be in jail, if at all. Scary. Very scary
