I think it's because you had parasites like you did. I don't do other therapies, don't mix them.

And you need to drink Pedialyte or Gatorade for electrolytes. Tomatos juice has the most potassium.

I flushed before and felt floaty the next day, but never had a problem. I don't think it's epsom slats, it's the parasites.
