Hello and Blessings from Florida!
I have a question, and possibly advice, from sungazers
out there. What is the "best" way to start working with
depression, and feeling better. The depression has taken it's
toll and physical ailments are starting to manifest quickly.
Energy is NIL..........any suggestions? and what about nutrition? Is there a good regimen to begin for clearing out
whatever it may be that is causing the depression? Any and
all advice would be appreciated greatly.......
