I have been doing some sungazing on and off for a month or so. I also have been using an LED 660nm array from V on my eyes a few min/day. My eyesight has improved a bit. Everything is sharper, brighter and more colorful. I'm not sure if it is the sungazing or the LEDs that has made the biggest improvement. I can sense when my body is asking for sunlight. It's sort of a built in mechanism, the spirit within, that says "time to get out in the sun".
