I find that some of this is quite interesting but, a lot of it is somewhat "hokey"...(especially the parts where it says if you gaze at the sun, you won't need to eat?)
I will look into this a bit more, I take what I need and forget the rest as they say.....thank you for this information.
I have heard that some practitioners DO use " light therapy" for severe depression. One half hour sessions daily with low dosage
UV ray bulbs. Interesting. As far as energy , I think that would
be quite a miracle, and very helpful to most humans in this day and age.
