Hmm, interesting diet. But you can't put on lean weight on a high fat, low carb, low protein diet. It's basically ketogenic as I see it. 65g protein and 52g carbs is not a lot of macronutrients! And while your body needs and can use fats, it can't really put on weight with them (except fat weight). Hmmm. It is interesting though. An easy way to eat.
