I am very sorry this has happend to you, but i havent lost any lean muscle. I have been fasting with a personal trainer who checks each week my body fat and lean muscle mass and hmm guess what my body fat is the only thing i am getting rid of and fasting with docotor supervision. Maybe i havent gotten any problems because i have been a very healhty person most of my life and i am young. But it really bothers me when people come on this board and tell people how bad fasting is and how we will al get fat, which is true if you dont break ur fast right and not work out. So far i have only gained 3 lbs back since i broke my fast in september which was for 18 days. I have been eating and juice fasting on and off and plan on a longer Water Fast friday the 18th. Each person is different, so yeah i havent gained weight back like others, i havent had health problems arise from fasting as you did. You cant pin point fasting caused thoes issues. Anyway negativity is the worst thing for people who are trying to lose weight.
