You know what? Don't worry about the scale at this point! Have a body fat analysis done. That'll tell you the true story. There's such a thing as skinny fat too. What you need is less body fat and more muscle. You can even buy skin caliper's off ebay or even buy them at Wal-mart. That'll give you a far more accurate picture than a scale ever would. A scale has no way of knowing how much muscle you have..it just wieghs it all as fat.
