weight charts

The best advise I can give is - give up the scale and stop looking at the numbers.

Ask yourself
Am I happy? If the answer is no because you want to be a certain number than I suggest the number is the focus.
Change the focus of the goal.
Am I lean, strong, healthy?
If the answer is yes - bravo
if the answer is no - then focus on those words.

Muscle mass is extremely condense tissue.
Fat is not.

here is a picture of 5lbs muscle and 5lbs fat.
I think that can sum up the spacial difference the best.
I know when I am working out and tone I am compact.
If I don't stay active. Muscle is lost, and fat is not toned and makes me chubby looking.
In both situations I can weight exactly the same number.
