Re: I Ordered The Book

I went to Amazon.com and found the Bragg book "The Miracle Of Fasting" for less than $5.00 used. The book is not in prime condition, but at least I'll have more information at hand. I like a balanced approach to things and enjoy studying and learning all I can about a subject. You can also order this book and others by Paul and Patricia Bragg at bragg.com. I am not trying to sell this book, but since Mike spoke highly of it, I thought I'd go ahead and read it along with Fuhrman. Of course the real test will be actually doing what the books recommend.
