Thank you so much for responding. I think I am beginning to understand more now. I thought you meant that you had been doing Water Fasting for forty years. I remembered reading one of your posts on another page, some thing to the effect of forty years. Then I found the post and was even more curious about it....and especially after reading where you said you had chest pain and then had surgery. Of course, my immediate reaction was.....how can he have done Water Fasting for forty years and still needed to have surgery.

Prevention magazine was good a long time ago. I used to read it faithfully. Sadly enough, it is no good now. I have a subscription and it is mostly advertisements about pharmaceutical drugs.
