For Hopinso...
I hope by eating the right foods first you will be prepared to do the water fast. It really sounds like a great approach. And being experienced on the MC, you already know some of the difficulties and discomforts that go along with fasting. Here is a link to to True North's 'disclaimer' page on their website. I like reading it because it gives a true mini-picture of what to expect and some other cautionary guidelines. Exceptional definition of
Water Fasting also.
I know money is always a consideration, but if you really enjoy the 'Fasting and Eating for Health' book you may want to consider joining Fuhrman's members only area for trial membership. It includes an on-line downloaded version of the entire Eat to Live book, which would save you from having to buy that one. The bad part about the book is you cant copy and paste parts of it as I wanted to set up recipe cards and daily eating plans. You can still do that of course, but you have to do it the old fashioned way - type, type, type.
But the real advantage especially for someone like you is the ability to ask him questions in his forum...he answers them himself and also his staff answers some. His initials JF appear on most of the posts so I imagine that is him. It is just so beneficial to hear it from the author/doctor/researcher's mouth when you have a concern or question. I have asked many and continue to do so.
Fasting to reverse pain and disease is something I am hoping my husband will do for his RA. Keep on hopin so :)
