Re: Exciting Reading

I can't wait to get my copy of Eating and Fasting For Health, you really have me excited now. A couple of months ago I told my doctor that I wanted to be able to jump up and down again. That may be a small thing, but I cannot jump. Mostly, I want to stop hurting. There's not much chance of me surfing here in the Ozarks; but there are still a lot of things I want to do that I can't right now. I will follow Fuhrman's advice,at least long enough to give this a chance. I'm going to need support though, I'm both excited and scared. I hope Mike and Lynne will stick around.
