hmm where to begin with my allergies : environmental - mould, dust, pollen, ragweed, hayfever, grass, feathers...food: gluten(all grains) anything fermented ie: vinegars, alcohol etc., broccoli, tomatoes, potatoes, peppers sweet/hot, dairy/cheese, corn...and i was told to stay away from any family members of these things...but i cheat all the time and suffer because of it i am sure...eating popcorn can make me depressed for 2 days and several trips to the bathroom etc. No i have not read that book...again, i am in brazil for the next 10 months and it's next to impossible to get books in english here...i would so love to learn how to balance my system naturally and get rid of my fatigue that i struggle with so much...
