Hello careyotis before I start a fast I plan when to start and when I would like to end the fast!Listening to your body is very important when fasting!I read several books on fasting before I started.I would highly recomend you do the same.Taking into consideration your overal health as it is now.I would check to see if you are ready,physicaly,mentaly and emotionaly for a fast!Instagating a fast is to instagate a crisis situation into your life!Fasting can be dangerous,especialy when you break the fast!Are you ready to experiance a healing crises?Are you familiar with autointoxication?If you cant answer these questions your probably not ready!I highly recomend Steve Meyerowitz book juice fasting & Detoxification a very good read.Fasting can be a wonderfull way to enhance your health and wellbeing when done properly.I like to use deep breathing,medatation and yoga as coping skills during my fasting.I hope that you will have succes in your fasting goals.Be wise be green be healthy!!
