hey grassman...i have not...still concerned about doing the Liver Flush first without someone to be with me for the night...i am fully prepared to do the fasting and enimas(senna teas)etc...i really want to do the Liver Flush but i have to admit i am afraid...my system is extremely sensative because of the epilepsy...if my intestines are experiencing an intollerance i suffer from anxiety till i have illiminated, then the anxiety usually subsides...my intestines tend to set my moods..strange but it seems to be that way with my system...i thought it was my mind setting off my intestines but have learned from experience it's the other way around with me...i suffer with a huge list of allergies hence why i wanted to attempt the liver flush...i am caught between a rock and a hard place so too say...if something gets lodged and i am in a foreign country that only speaks portuguese..i will be in trouble...so maybe i will just do the fasting with some cleansing teas...keep it simple...thanks for listening :) Tweet
