Thanks for the info. I have a ton of fresh garlic and I've been thinking about throwing it with my veggie juice, so I appreciate the suggestion.
While I do eat fruits, I will also continue to juice them. I seem to get something from the morning fruit juices that I don't get from eating the same fruits. It's like a mental buzz, or the lifting of brain fog that I mentioned earlier. Since the PTSD started, brain fog has been a major issue and any relief is a blessing.
You mentioned kombucha and kefir in an earlier post. I did kombucha for about a year several years ago. I loved it and saw some major results. Unfortunately I got a way from a lot of my good habits, including kombucha. I'm really thinking about getting a scoby and doing it again. I remember how good it felt. I've never tried kefir. Are you seeing benefits from it?
