I am finding that doing the preparing (vinegar and peroxide sprayed on and rinsed) for the juice drink, the preparing the seeds for sprouts help in the mental side of things.... Maybe it is because I am doing something positive, I don't know.....
Remember Jay Kordash used to say juice your veggies and eat your fruit.. I found that he is right...
Also try and add garlic to your diet that is another immune booster....
Keep doing positive things for your body and your will start working with you instead of against you
