Everything sounds good except for the yogurt. I wouldn't replace the good bacteria using yogurt. yogurt is dairy and dairy contains a lot of hormones that you do not need if you have acne. As an Acne sufferer you should avoid ALL dairy products, they will only contribute to your already out of balance hormones and make Acne worse. Besides that the yogurt doesn't have enough acidophilus in it to correct a big imbalance in your system. You would have to eat alot of it. I would suggest using Primal Defense. It is an excellent probiotic with 14 different probiotic strains. You can also find probiotics at GNC or health food stores but I don't think they will be as good as primal defense. Your choice. To be sure...stay away from all dairy.
